Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the BlastCAD software and website operated by us. These Terms govern your access to and use of the service.
By accessing or using BlastCAD, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the service. If you are using BlastCAD on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use BlastCAD for your internal drill and blast engineering purposes. During the public beta, the service is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future, with reasonable notice to existing users.
BlastCAD is a professional engineering tool intended for use by qualified mining engineers and drill and blast professionals. While our analytics (Kuz-Ram, Attewell-Farmer, Lundborg, etc.) are based on established scientific models, they are mathematical predictions and approximations.
You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you must not:
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. We strongly encourage enabling the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) feature available in your account settings.
The service, including its software, design, and underlying models as implemented, is and remains the exclusive property of BlastCAD and its licensors. The drill data, CAD files, and project content that you upload remain your property; you grant us only the limited rights necessary to host and process that content to provide the service to you.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that may cause harm to us or other users.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, particularly during the public beta. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to the new terms taking effect.
